Ingredients
1 Shot of Gin
¼ Part fresh lemon juice
Little Simple Syrup
1Sparkling wine
1 Lemon twist
Instructions
In cocktail shaker, combine gin, lemon juice and simple syrup with ice. Shake vigorously for 20 second. Strain into chilled Champagne flute and top with sparkling wine. Garnish with lemon twist and enjoy.
